LAKE OF FEYT

The Domaine has direct access to the beach of the Feyt lake (sand). The swimming area with its inflatable games is delimited and monitored in season (July-August). The low slope allows the little ones to enjoy the water safely.
Canoe, kayak and Stand Up Paddle rentals are available, as well as a crossing over the lake by a 130m long zip line!
Departure from your place of stay or in the vicinity, numerous walks or circuits pedestrian, equestrian and VTT await you. Throughout the week, you will be offered sports activities (more infos here) 

TENNIS

Two recent tennis courts are located at the entrance of the campsite and allow you to practice your sport easily by means of hourly rental. Tennis rackets and balls are available at the campsite reception desk.

FISHING

The Dordogne Valley is a fishing paradise. Lovers of fly fishing, you will also discover the breeding of fishing cocks whose feathers are used to manufacture lures for the trout and the grayling. The lake possesses circuits allowing the fishing of the carp during the night in 2nd category. Sale of fishing card at the reception of the campsite

PETANQUE

Two very large and illuminated pétanque grounds await you.

SUMMER ANIMATION

During the months of July and August, concerts, equestrian shows and other "barbecue party" are offered free of charge.

ARGENTAT

Located in the borders of three regions, Limousin, Auvergne and Midi-Pyrenees, Argentat was able to take advantage of this position very early to develop. Come to discover its quays which testify of the various exchanges trade.
But the soul of Argentat dates back to the time of the trade of the gabares. These flat-bottomed boats, built upstream of Argentat, were loaded with carassonnes (stakes of vine) and staves (planks of wood) and left from the port of Argentat in direction to Bordeaux

THE GARDENS OF SOTHYS

A succession of different atmospheres soliciting the senses as also the spirit. These are: thematic gardens that sublimate the art of landscaping: Japanese gardens, collections of roses, wet meadow ...
Sensory gardens, which are as many escapades (scents, velvet, white or sun) inviting to the dream, the relaxation and the escape.

MERLE TOWERS

In a landscape of wild gorges, the "City of Merle" is a spectacular feudal group of seven towers erected in the XIIth and XIIIth centuries, each one belonging to a different lord.

ESCAPADE NATURE

Escapade Nature Pays d'Argentat is the specialized structure that offers you canoeing-kayaking or to introduce you to nature sports such as canyoning, via ferrata, climbing or stand up paddle, in the Dordogne.
The team of monitors is of quality and receives you all the year.

CHASTANG DAM

At a height of 79 meters, the Chastang EDF dam inaugurates the new generation of dams constructed after the war. The three alternators that equip the Chastang can meet the domestic consumption of a city of 100,000 inhabitants.
A guide will make you discover the operation of hydroelectricity by accompanying you in the heart of the hydroelectric power station EDF du Chastang. Located very close to the Domaine de Feyt.

TRIP IN GABARE

The gabare "Adèle and Clarisse" named after the last passers-by of Beaulieu, was built according to the old methods, on the quays of Beaulieu, in the year 2002.
This guided tour of 1h15 will allow you to discover the history of the waterways and the life of the gabariers of the Dordogne.

CHASM OF PADIRAC

World famous, it is the biggest chasm in Europe. At 103 meters underground, the visit is partly by boat on the underground river then on foot. Huge rooms, breathtaking beauty, you can book your tickets online which will spare you the queues.

Village labeled "Plus Beaux Villages de France", it hosts the national headquarters of the association of the same name. This architectural ruby located in its hilly green setting, between chestnut trees and walnut trees, is a suitable place for hiking, being also a secondary stage on the way to Rocamadour, pilgrimage of Santiago de Compostela.
